Hi, I’m Shubham. Born in Nepal, shaped by experiences across the U.S., U.K., and wherever my passport (and Wi-Fi) take me.

Today, I serve as Executive Director at MV Dugar Group, a 140-year-old Nepali business house spanning automobile, financial services, hydropower, cold storage, and construction. Alongside that role, I take on select independent consulting work, and I help companies in automotive, FMCG, manufacturing, and distribution explore partnership opportunities with the Group in Nepal.

I love working hard and getting things done right. Whether it’s building out a campaign, fixing a broken workflow, or just helping someone think clearly, I show up fully. I’m the type of person who’ll make a Notion dashboard for a weekend trip and genuinely enjoy it.

Outside of work, I travel every chance I get, not just to explore, but to understand how people live, think, and solve problems. At home, I share life with two beautiful huskies who are equal parts wild and wonderful. They’ve taught me patience, chaos management, and the value of long walks (preferably with coffee in hand).

I’m big on structure, not because I’m rigid, but because I love clarity. I believe in thoughtful work, clean systems, and honest conversations. And if we end up working together or talking shop, chances are I’ve already taken a few notes.
